BhudevSetu users can permanently request deletion of their account directly from within the BhudevSetu mobile application.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Open the BhudevSetu app.
2. Go to your Profile / Account section.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Follow the instructions shown in the app to confirm the account deletion request.

Once the deletion request is confirmed, your account will be processed for deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Information Deletion

When your account is deleted, personal information associated with your account will be deleted or removed from active systems, subject to information that we are legally required or permitted to retain. Certain information may be retained for a limited period where necessary for:

• Legal or regulatory compliance
• Accounting and financial records
• Fraud prevention and security
• Dispute resolution
• Completed or pending transactions

Such retained information will be securely deleted when the applicable retention requirement expires.

Active Bookings or Transactions

If you have an ongoing booking, pending payment, refund, dispute, or other transaction, some related information may need to be retained or processed before the applicable deletion can be completed. Deleting your account does not automatically reverse completed transactions or payments.
